Dan has spent fifteen years as a financial professional with a focus on planning, strategy and goal setting. Dan’s role in Kairos is to lead the organization, to help clients discover their goals and to ensure that they have the right team around them to achieve them.

Dan has conducted more than 10,000 goal setting and follow up meetings with families. He discovered that most of his very successful clients were seeking to better their families and their faith, not their tax rate. His epiphany came at dinner with a client who had amassed great wealth, but was most concerned about the men his daughters were dating, and whether his wealth would dash the girls’ ability to experience true love.

This dinner triggered a quest. Dan has spent the past four years researching, building, and designing Kairos. Over the last fifteen years, he has discovered that there are some key best practices and methods that families share who have achieved their most cherished goals.

Dan holds a BA/BS degree from the University of Richmond in business management and computer science. Faith and family are core to Dan, who has two wonderful daughters with his wife Stephanie. They live in Littleton, Colorado, where they enjoy exercising, gardening, sailing and entertaining. They are active in their local church.

Originally from Troy, Michigan, Alan Kubicki graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2006. In the same year, Alan started his career in the financial industry. He continued working in the financial industry after moving to Denver, Colorado in 2010. Alan has gained immense experience and insight during his time in the financial industry through working with top specialists in Estate, Business, Investment, and Insurance Planning.

When not working, Alan Kubicki enjoys traveling the world and spending time with friends and his beautiful wife Summer.
